The Process
Our first meeting:
It is not necessary for you to have everything in place for our first meeting. Our free consultation is a time for you to express your needs and goals, and for us to discuss the appropriate plan for you going forward. It is often helpful to bring notes of any question and concerns you may have.
Our second meeting :
Once you have gathered all relevant medical bills and documents we will meet again for you to complete the forms necessary to contact providers on your behalf. We will need copies of the bills in question and a list of any prior contacts (if any) you have had with hospitals, doctors, insurance companies regarding these chages.
If you have insurance, be sure to include your handbook.
The next step:
We research your medical bills line by line, contact your providers and challenge all overcharges or errors. You will be consistantly notified of our progress and receive copies of all correspondance.
Timeline:
The depth of your billing concerns combined with the unpredictable response time from your providers makes it impossible to predict how long it will take to resolve your individual situation. Our job and promise is to advocate for you. We will make as many calls as necessary - as often as it takes - submit all documents - as often as necessary - to assure you receive the attention and satisfaction that you deserve.
